What we store
- Account: your Google account id, email address, and the name you give us at sign-up. Sign-in uses Google — we never see or store a password.
- Training data: your goals, weekly schedule, generated workout plans, the sets/reps/notes you log, and your coaching preferences from onboarding.
- Usage metering: counts and costs of the AI generations your account uses (for fair-use limits).
Everything is stored in AWS (us-east-1), isolated per account — your data is only ever read in the context of your own signed-in session.
AI processing
Workout generation and coaching text are produced by Anthropic's Claude models. The training data you provide (goals, logged sessions, notes) is sent to the Anthropic API to generate your sessions. Per Anthropic's API terms, API data is not used to train their models.
Cookies & analytics
- One HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (no personal identifiers).
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than running the app for you.
Export & deletion
You can export your full training history (JSON or CSV) any time from the dashboard's Data section. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@yelir.me from your sign-in address — deletion is completed within 7 days and is irreversible (export first if you want a copy).
